About
Håkon Karstensen Indrehus
Håkon Karstensen Indrehus (b. 2004) is a Norwegian artist from Florø, currently based in Trondheim.
Originally emerging from graffiti, his practice has evolved into a multidisciplinary exploration of abstraction and memory. While his work today incorporates a variety of media and techniques, spray paint remains central to his process, valued for its immediacy, unpredictability, and ability to capture both precision and spontaneity.
At the core of his practice is a fascination with creation itself: the attempt to bring something into existence that did not previously exist. Rather than pursuing perfection, Indrehus embraces the tension between intention and accident, allowing unexpected outcomes to shape the work.
His paintings have been exhibited across Norway and are represented through galleries, private collections, and commissions.
